Duncan Corrie is a local artist based in Horsham who has lived in Sussex most of his life. Duncan believes he inherited his talents from his mother, an accomplished artist who studied alongside Sir Peter Blake. Duncan studied art at school and college, and used his artistic and design skills to graduate with an honours degree in Architectural Studies. After a career in central Government he is now devoting more time to his art. Duncan works in a variety of media including pencil, pen and ink, pastels, water colour and acrylic, and has produced bespoke greetings cards and posters as well as paintings. Duncan draws inspiration from the local environment and by observing the subjects of his work. He is happy to undertake commissions.
